About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Wheel Alignment Technician to join our team in Mossel Bay. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of wheel alignments, while providing excellent customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate alignment machines and interpret alignment reports
- Conduct road testing and fault finding with sensitivity and accuracy
- Maintain knowledge of relevant legislation (Motor Federation, OHS Act, SABS, SHE)
- Provide loyalty to the company and excellent customer service skills
- Work effectively as part of a team, demonstrating professionalism, attention to detail, teamwork, reliability, initiative, and integrity
Requirements
- Minimum Qualification: Grade 12
- Valid drivers license
- Additional technical qualifications (advantageous)
Qualifications
- External: Accredited training and certification with at least 3 years experience
- Internal: Successful completion of accredited training and 6 months in the Wheel Alignment bay under supervision
