Job Description

Your duties will encompass:

Maintaining supplier database.
RFQ`s with local suppliers.
Purchasing and planning deliveries.
Monitor and track stock levels.
Co-Manage inventory profile together with sales and operations.
Manage dispatch.
Interbranch information sharing and transferring of stock.
Daily liaison and support with regards to stock availability and allocation.
Daily liaison and support with regards to order fulfilment and tracking.
Ultimately enable Sales & Operational staff to effectively deliver against customer requirements.

Qualifications

Matric
Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain or related.

Skills

Minimum 3 years` experience in Logistics or Inventory Administration.
Proven experience in a small business operation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Salary / Package

R18K – R25K CTC
