Job Description

To maintain accurate financial records and ensure all financial transactions are processed in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Candidate requirements;

  • Minimum 3 years’ bookkeeping experience, preferably in hospitality.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Sage, Pastel, or Xero).
  • Strong numeracy, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Confidentiality and integrity.

Candidate responsibilities;

  • Record day-to-day financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers.
  • Prepare supplier reconciliations, process payments, and manage petty cash.
  • Assist with payroll input and related reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly management accounts and assist with budget tracking.
  • Capture invoices, journals, and bank reconciliations.
  • Ensure all supporting documentation is properly filed and accessible.
  • Liaise with the Head Office finance team on reporting and compliance matters.
