About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Field Operations Manager to lead our FMCG retail and wholesale syndicated sales and merchandising services in Mpumalanga, specifically in Lydenburg and Burgersfort. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all operational activities, ensuring consistent sales and merchandising standards, and driving operational excellence to support the company’s growth and profitability objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational plans to optimise client product availability and representation in retail and wholesale outlets
- Drive sales and merchandising excellence across synergised service operations
- Foster strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements
- National certificate in business administration, Retail Operations Management, or equivalent qualification
