Requirements:

Grade 12
Must have previous working experience in a similar position in a luxury lodge environment will be advantageous
Must be computer literate and willing to learn new systems
Must be fluent in English (Verbal & Written) and a high level of telephone etiquette
A drivers license is essential
Must have excellent planning and organizational skills
Should be a team player with high regard for efficiency and service excellence to clients
Must be able to prioritize and manage tasks independently
Should be friendly, professional and passionate about the Hospitality Industry

Key

Duties:

Welcoming and hosting of guests
General front of house and reception duties
Bar tending and hosting where needed
Effective handling of guest enquiries
Maintain effective customer relationships

Package: Market related salary dependent on experience, Provident fund after 3 month probation, Access to the company Learner, Management System with short courses and certificates that can be completed
