Job Summary

Gr.12; Grain Grader (maize, sorghum, sunflower; MS Office; P Registration License/latest medical results; Usage Lab/Grading Equip; Hygiene Audits. 3 Years exp pest control (PC) mngt in food mnfc/grain silo as a Manager. Pre-inspections of raw materials (RM) at suppliers/ensure QC comply/collect /grade all RM to comply with Grading Regulations/sample/inspect for infestation/QC/QA all RM/ensure FSMS/FSSC 22 000/co. OHS/environ. policies adhered to/all internal/externally returns are thoroughly inspected for infestation/remedial action is taken. Ensure maize complies with standard requirements/receipt/transfer/ sampling/testing/grading of non-GMO RM conducted correctly/adequately/efficient transfer/offload planning of GMO maize in place. Create/use track/control docs/ensure productivity/effective FS/QC mngt/manage RM Stores & Silo to required standards. Ensure zero tolerance on infestation/mngte budget for departments/plan/order required remedies and equip./manage the storage/usage/disposal of all remedies/PPE. Ensure effective weevil/rodent/cat/bird control/pallet PC is adequately performed/fumigation is done as per IPMP/RM managed while in storage. Prepare/conduct/track PC actions/inspections using IPMP/ensure compliance to the OHSA/all relevant environ. legislation. Compile daily/weekly/monthly reports on RM and PC/maintain internal/external communication with all stakeholders/report to G.M. Drivers license/own transport.
