Job Description

TWK Agri has the following vacancy available: HSE & Certification Administrator within the Timber division at Piet Retief, Mpumalanga. Job Summary This role involves providing administrative, coordination and compliance support across Health & Safety, Environment, Certification and IMS functions to ensure accurate document control, effective audits, proper recordkeeping and smooth operational processes for the Timber Division. Responsibilities and Duties Coordinate external and internal monitoring Liaise with certification bodies and manage certification contracts Plan and communicate audit dates, criteria and audit requirements Manage certificate validity and audit programmes, including travel and documentation Maintain central stakeholder and supplier/market validation lists Collect and consolidate ESG documentation from branches Update IMS documentation and ensure system information stays current Manage responsibilities lists, approved signatures and organograms Maintain industry approved chemical lists and consolidate branch chemical reports Coordinate internal H&S and external certification training Manage internal certification platform processes Assist with accurate monthly management reports Act as administrative contact for H&S, environmental incidents and concerns Arrange internal team travel, accommodation and meeting bookings Coordinate safety training programmes for the Timber Division Assist branches with medicals, load/pressure testing and hygiene surveys, including record control Maintain records of inspections, incidents, training and track close-outs Update and coordinate LTIFR for the division Manage and update the annual operational calendar Qualifications and Skills Matric / Grade 12 Relevant qualification in H&S, Environmental, Quality or similar (advantageous) Experience with certification standards (FSC, PEFC or ISO) Documented internal auditor training or HIRA (advantageous) Experience as management systems coordinator Strong administrative and document control management skills Good planning, coordination and communication abilities Proficient in MS Office and document control software High accuracy and attention to detail Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Take the next step in your career with TWK Agri, a trusted leader in agriculture and beyond. *The company can expire job adverts at any time at their own discretion.
