About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a liquor retail store in Witbank, Mpumalanga, as part of our client’s team. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and management skills, with a strong focus on customer service and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations, including inventory control and staff supervision
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a bottle store or supermarket management role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work on a rotating 7-day schedule (with one week on, one week off)
