About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Nelspruit. As a key member of our customer contact team, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates, delivering exceptional service, and driving results-driven outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Managing the full recruitment process from job briefing to placement
- Sourcing, interviewing, and matching candidates to the right opportunities
- Providing professional advice to clients on hiring and market trends
- Delivering excellent service and consistently exceeding expectations
- Working hard, staying organized, and thriving in a target-driven environment
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a client-facing or recruitment/sales environment
- Proven ability to work hard, manage pressure, and deliver results
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- A diploma or degree (not necessarily in HR)
