Nelspruit: Electrical Supervisor

Our client is looking for an Electrical Supervisor to take charge of their electrical team. Think of yourself as the conductor of the circuit keeping everything connected, safe, and running at full power. 🔌 What Youll Do: Supervise and coordinate the work of Electrical Technicians & subcontractors. Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and company procedures. Plan and allocate resources so no one gets overloaded. Inspect, test, and double-check installations and maintenance work (quality is king). Troubleshoot issues and guide your team when the sparks fly. Keep neat and accurate documentation from work reports to safety logs. Liaise with Project Managers, clients, and other trades to keep the workflow humming. ⚙️ What Youll Bring: Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor (or similar). Relevant electrical qualifications. A solid grip on electrical systems, installations, and safety protocols. Ability to read & interpret technical drawings and schematics. Leadership that inspires, plus sharp communication & problem-solving skills. Strong commitment to health, safety, and quality.
