Job Duties: Monitor and control radio communications within the designated area Coordinate with drivers and dispatchers to ensure efficient delivery schedules Respond to emergency calls and provide necessary assistance Maintain accurate records of all communications and activities Report any issues or incidents to the appropriate authorities Required Qualifications: PSIRA Grade C Cash In Transit Certification Firearm Competency with Business Purposes Driver Licence Computer literate Excellent communication skills Ability to work well under pressure Strong attention to detail Knowledge of radio communication systems Education: Matric Experience: Previous experience in a similar role preferred Experience in logistics or transportation industry Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of radio operations and protocols Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively Proficient in using communication equipment Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment Shift work may be required Potential exposure to stressful situations and emergencies
