About the Role
We are seeking an accomplished Executive Chef to lead all kitchen operations at a luxury private game lodge in North West. As a strong leader with a passion for high-end cuisine and creating a positive kitchen environment, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the kitchen, including menu planning, staff supervision, and food safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all kitchen operations & multiple kitchens
- Menu planning & dietary accommodation
- Train, supervise & lead kitchen staff
- Stock control, budgets & food cost management
- Ensure food safety, hygiene & compliance
- Liaise with Front of House & engage with guests
Requirements
- Experienced Executive/Head Chef in luxury lodges, hotels, or restaurants
- Strong leader, organised & people-focused
- Knowledgeable in South African food safety & hospitality regulations
- Able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Formal education/certifications (if applicable)
Salary & Benefits
- R24,000 per annum
