Job Summary

Senior Management Couple Luxury Game Reserve (North West) Salary: Negotiable DOE Live-in Position | 6 Weeks On / 2 Weeks Off Work Cycle Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Senior Management Couple for a renowned luxury game reserve located in the North West province. This is an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic duo with strong leadership capabilities, a passion for hospitality, and a commitment to delivering five-star guest experiences. Package Includes: <ul><li>Salary: R33,000.00 (negotiable depending on experience) </li><li>Live-in accommodation </li><li>Food allowance provided by the company </li><li>6 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation </li><li>21 days annual leave </li><li>Uniform provided </li><li>Provident fund (after 3 months) </li><li>13th cheque (subject to company performance) </li></ul>Minimum Requirements: <ul><li>Minimum 5 years experience in senior roles at 5-star properties </li><li>Drivers licence (both individuals) </li><li>Own transport essential </li><li>Ability to manage a team and delegate effectively </li><li>Independent, self-driven and proactive work ethic </li><li>Strong interpersonal skills with confident, outgoing personalities </li><li>Must be comfortable entertaining guests and representing the brand </li></ul>Key Requirements Him: <ul><li>FGASA Level 1 minimum (Level 2 preferred) all guiding qualifications current and paid </li><li>Full Trails Guide (advantageous but not essential) </li><li>First Aid Level 1 </li><li>Strong general and vehicle maintenance skills </li><li>Strong hosting ability </li><li>Fluent in spoken and written English </li><li>Basic HR knowledge </li></ul>Key Requirements Her: <ul><li>Strong hosting ability </li><li>Well-rounded knowledge across lodge departments (advantageous) </li><li>Proficient in PAN system (essential) </li><li>Computer literate MS Office proficient </li><li>Strong administrative skills </li><li>Fluent in spoken and written English </li><li>Basic HR knowledge </li></ul>This role is ideal for a motivated couple who thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment and are ready to take on the responsibility of managing a high-end safari lodge operation.
