Qualifications & Requirements: Grade 12 with a relevant IT qualification (A+, N+, or Diploma in IT). Minimum 13 years experience in an IT support role within a corporate or logistics environment. Strong knowledge of Windows Desktop OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking. Familiarity with Active Directory / Azure AD Connect, and Group Policy basics. Exposure to SOPHOS & FortiGate Firewalls, HP Switches (e.g. J9773A/J9776A), or Dell PowerEdge servers will be advantageous. A valid drivers license & willingness to travel between sites if needed. Strong troubleshooting mindset with attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Strong communication skills. Support and maintain Windows 10/11 PCs, Microsoft 365, and mobile device configurations. Troubleshoot network connectivity issues across LAN, Wi-Fi, VLANs, and VPNs. Perform routine maintenance on servers, printers, and switches (primarily Dell, HP, Sophos, and Aruba-based infrastructure). Handle printer queue management and Universal.
