Job Summary

1. Coordinate Operations: Act as a liaison between clients and suppliers to ensure vehicles are on track and clients are informed.
2. Monitor Processes: Track the progress of various vehicles and identify potential bottlenecks or delays. Take proactive measures to address issues and keep operations on schedule.
3. Prioritize Tasks: Assess the urgency and importance of tasks and prioritize them accordingly to optimize efficiency.
4. Communicate Effectively: Facilitate communication between clients and suppliers to ensure clarity of instructions, exchange of information, and resolution of issues.
5. Resolve Issues: Quickly address any discrepancies, conflicts, or issues that may arise during operations to minimize disruptions and maintain productivity.
6. Streamline Procedures: Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest solutions to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
7. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of operations, transactions, and communications to ensure accountability and facilitate analysis.
8. Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, requirements, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment and be willing to work shifts and also night shift.
9. Quality Assurance: Monitor the quality of work and ensure that all operations meet the organization`s standards and requirements.
10. Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to achieve common goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor`s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Problem-solving skills with a proactive and resourceful mindset.
• Attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
• • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience with project management tools and techniques is a plus.
