? Accountant Luxury Lodge Group ? Maun, Botswana ? P10,000 to P15;000 ? Live out Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a detail-driven and organised Accountant to join a hospitality group based in Maun, supporting multiple lodge operations across Botswana. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both office-based accounting and occasional lodge visits, and who thrives in a tourism environment where accuracy and compliance are essential. Main responsibilities include Maintain financial records for lodges and head office Monthly management accounts and reconciling bank, supplier and customer accounts Budget support, forecasts and variance reporting Payroll processing and labour law compliance Full tax submissions: VAT, PAYE, Withholding and Company Tax Lodge-level accounting, petty cash, stock and billing Internal controls, audits and inventory checks Working across accounting systems and lodge management platforms Requirements Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance BICA registered 3+ years experience, ideally within hospitality or tourism Strong Botswana tax and labour law knowledge Proficient in accounting software (Pastel, Xero or QuickBooks) Excellent communication and administrative skills Able to travel to remote lodges when required This position suits someone proactive, professional and ready to take ownership of lodge finances while supporting a fast-paced operation.
