A leading Hygiene Services provider has an exciting opportunity for an experienced & skilled Service Co-Ordinator.This is a Durban based vacancy.Key functions include ~1.Manage the service teams hygiene, deep cleaning, pest control (routing, optimizing routing)2.Manage services and deliveries3.Assist Clients with deliveries and queries4.Manage and control internal systems (streamline workflow)5.Monitor teams on systems to ensure work for the day is completed and teams are not deviating from routes6.Load and off load teams daily, plus weekly checks on vehicles7.Stock returns are actioned daily8.Debriefing of service teams every afternoon9.Updating of geocodes for clients on the system10.Routing of clients deliveries daily The right-fit Candidate will ~ have strong computer skills word, excel plus internal systems with good e-mail etiquettebe efficient and hardworking with the ability to multitaskhave the ability to meet deadlinesIf this is you ~ Mail us a comprehensive CV, copies of qualifications, CTC package you are seeking & head shot photo to BizGro
