About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our reputable clients team in Overberg. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing accurate financial guidance and support to our clients. If you have a strong background in accounting and excellent analytical skills, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Manage financial reports using Excel and Xero Accounting
Prepare financial statements and ensure accuracy
Provide guidance on tax implications and compliance
Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Maintain accurate records and ensure data security

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in accounting (SAIPA/SAICA training contract required)
At least 5 years of post-qualification experience in finance
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Advanced accounting systems skills (Excel; Xero Accounting)
Ability to deal with multiple tasks simultaneously

Qualifications

Completed SAIPA/SAICA training contract
Bachelor’s degree in accounting

Salary & Benefits

Competitive salary range: R500,000 – R700,000 per annum, depending on experience
