Key Responsibilities: Manage the hotels overnight operations, ensuring guest safety and satisfaction. Reconcile daily financial transactions, post charges, and prepare accurate reports. Provide friendly and professional service to guests during check-ins, check-outs, and any late-night inquiries. Monitor and respond to guest needs promptly, including managing reservations and addressing issues. Manage end-of-day processes, ensuring all accounts are balanced and accurate. Perform light housekeeping duties in the lobby or other public areas as needed. Ensure compliance with hotel policies and security procedures throughout the night. What Were Looking For: Previous experience in a similar role (e.g., front desk, accounting, or hospitality) is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills. Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision during overnight hours. Proficient in using hotel management software and basic office applications. Friendly; professional demeanour with excellent communication skills.
