Job Description

Key Responsibilities Oversee daily manufacturing and production operations Develop and execute production plans to meet demand Optimise processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity Lead, coach, and manage production teams Monitor KPIs (OEE, downtime, quality, cost control) Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards Collaborate with supply chain, maintenance, and quality departments Minimum Requirements 5 years experience in manufacturing / production management Industrial Engineering degree or related qualification Strong leadership and team management skills Proven track record in process optimisation and continuous improvement Excellent planning and problem-solving abilities Proficient in ERP systems and production reporting Competencies Results-driven and performance-focused Strong analytical and decision-making skills Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Effective communicator at all organisational levels
