About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Spa Therapist to join our team in Paarl, where you will deliver exceptional spa services and provide outstanding customer experiences. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for providing a range of treatments, including body treatments, facials, mani & pedicures, massages, waxing, micro needling, and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivery of a variety of spa services: body treatments, facials, mani & pedicures, massages, waxing, micro needling
- Acknowledge and respond to guests’ queries, needs, and expectations
- Suggest and promote retail products or additional services
- Maintain equipment and keep a clean and stocked room
- Present displays in a fresh, clean, and eye-catching manner
- Ensure all guests have the best experience and stay
Requirements
- Relevant qualification in aesthetics (ITEC); CIDESCO or SAAHSP
- Minimum 3-5 years spa therapist experience
- Practical experience in massage techniques, manicures, pedicures, waxing & face/body therapies, advanced facials, holistic body treatment
- Passionate about healing and wellness
- Fluent in English
- Basic computer skills
- Well-groomed
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
