About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Night Auditor to join our team at Bright Placements (PTY) Ltd. As a key member of our front office, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations during night shifts, managing financial transactions, and providing exceptional guest service.
Key Responsibilities
- Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently
- Manage room inventory and reconcile nightly reports
- Provide excellent guest service and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records and perform reconciliations as required
- Work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent
- Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or Finance advantageous
- 2–4 years’ experience in Front Office / Reception and Night Audit in a hotel or lodge environment
- Experience in a 5-star lodge or hotel highly preferred
- Knowledge of safari lodge operations is advantageous
