About the Role
The Teddy Bear Foundation is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Fundraiser. As a crucial member of our administrative and operational fundraising support, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of all related activities, maintaining strong donor relationships, and helping to secure the income needed to support our vital programmes.

- Provide essential administrative & operational fundraising support
- Event co-ordination and attendance
- Administration
- Research & reporting
- Donor support; Proposal writing; Networking
Requirements
- Excellent written, verbal communication and numeracy skills
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities and meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email)
- Ability to work both independently
- Creative skills
- A valid Code 8 driver’s licence
Qualifications
A minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Public Relations, Communications); or demonstrable literacy and numeracy.
