About the Role
We are seeking two vibrant and hardworking individuals to join our team at 3@1 Plattekloof, a print shop located in the heart of the Plattekloof Village Shopping centre. As a Sales Assistant/Designer, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers with all their print-related requests, performing basic admin duties, and handling cash transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with all printshop related requests eg. printing, binding, laminate, courier capturing, plan-, poster-, canvas- and photo printing etc.
- Basic Admin duties
- Cash handling
Requirements
- Print, Courier and some design experience of at least 1 year in a print shop environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience with Coral draw & Canva
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans and a good communicator
- Basic PC skills and knowledge of all the MS Office packages eg. Word, Exel, Powerpoint and email
