Our client based in the Engineering sector is seeking a Site Agent for their Mkhondo region. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a strong background in roads construction, rehabilitation, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and supervise all onsite construction activities
• Manage site personnel and subcontractors to ensure quality and compliance
• Oversee procurement of plant, labour, and materials
• Ensure adherence to OHS and environmental standards
• Prepare daily costings and monitor project profitability
• Compile weekly/monthly progress and cost reports
• Liaise with clients, engineers, CLOs, and HR
• Produce and manage project schedules and payment certificates
• Implement innovative construction methods to improve productivity
• Uphold integrity and compliance with contractual obligations

Minimum Requirements:

• BTech in Civil Engineering or related field
• 10+ years proven experience as a Site Agent (roads projects)
• Proficient in MS Projects, CCS Candy, Build Smart, and AutoCAD
• SACPCMP registration (required)
• Registered with SAICE or ECSA
