About the Role
As a Factory Engineer at Kerry Kopp Consulting, you will be responsible for managing factory engineering projects, contractors and site work to ensure optimal uptime of the plant. You will also manage the factory maintenance and construction programs, assist with budgets, and oversee the management of factory assets. Additionally, you will play a key role in achieving optimal efficiency, productivity, and quality of plant and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage factory engineering projects, contractors and site work
- Manage the factory maintenance and construction programs to ensure optimal uptime of the plant
- Manage the factory assets and assist with budgets
- Manage the plant complex, utilities and infrastructure
- Assist with achieving optimal efficiency, productivity and quality of plant and processes
- Ensure legal compliance with the OSH Act and all relevant regulations
Requirements
- Mechanical or Electrical Graduate Engineer (BEng/BSc Eng)
- Passed the examination on the OSH Act and the regulations made thereunder held by the Commission of Examiners, or
- Certified Engineer holding the Government Certificate of Competency (GCC) factories
- Above average computer skills
