About the Role
Liham Consulting Pty (Ltd) is seeking an experienced Human Resource Practitioner to join our team in Pietermaritzburg. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs and driving organizational development initiatives that drive business growth and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Train staff and manage training requirements
- Compile and administer the annual training budget
- Ensure accurate training records are kept up to date and that the requirements of the Skills Development Act & related legislation are met
- Initiate and drive impactful Organizational Development projects
- Schedule training interventions based on needs analyses
Requirements
- Completed degree (Non-Negotiable)
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a similar role
- Experience with Organizational development (OD)
- Experience researching training methods
- Experience with Learning and Development
