Well established firm of attorneys are looking for a detail oriented and reliable Junior Bookkeeper to assist with legal trust bookkeeping and related financial processing. This role requires accuracy, professionalism, and the ability to work within established trust accounting procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform legal trust bookkeeping accurately and efficiently.
• Process online bank payments via Nedbank and FNB.
• Manage Sec 86(4) investments on Nedbank and related trust processes.
• Maintain financial records in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Use the Lawpac legal accounting programme (experience is an advantage).

Requirements:

• Prior experience in legal trust bookkeeping is essential.
• Proficiency in online bank payments (Nedbank & FNB).
• Knowledge of Sec 86(4) investments and trust accounting processes.
• Experience with Lawpac legal accounting programme is advantageous.
