Security Coordinator Position Overview: The Security Coordinator will oversee all security operations, ensuring a safe and secure environment for residents, staff, and visitors. Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations of the security control room. Prepare and submit detailed monthly security reports. Ensure effective communication and coordination within the security team. Maintain accurate records and documentation for all security activities. Respond to security incidents and provide on-the-ground support when needed. Experience: Previous experience in security coordination or management. Familiarity with control room operations (advantageous). Strong administrative and organizational skills. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented and proactive. Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies effectively. Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
