Overall running and delegating of bays;
- Motivate and control employees in the
workshop; - Report back to management on progress
of repairs on trailers; - Outside running of repairs;
- Receiving and completion of job cards;
- Quality control on all service work;
- Completion of service check sheet;
- Reporting of additional work found on
trailers; - Applying discipline in the workshop;
- Ensure employees timesheets are
correct and submitted before the
deadlines; - Delivery of trailers in time given.
Requirements
- Matric is an advantage;
- Minimum 3 years experience in trailer
manufacturing and repairs - Previous work experience or qualifications
in mechanical work/Boiler making/Welding; - Mechanically and technically able;
- Trailer parts knowledge;
- Leadership skills;
- Bilingual;
- Deadline driven;
- Able to work under pressure;
- Able to work overtime;
- Good general health.
- Must produce quality of work;
- Must be able to delegate;
- Own transport
