Luxury 4* Hotel Plettenberg Bay REQUIREMENTS Min 3years experience in a 4-star unit as Room Divisions Manager Management in full control of Front Office / Housekeeping/Maintenance Departments (HOD in place at each department) Knowledge of Property Management System essential Must be computer literate (Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook & Explorer) Good planning, organizational and time management skills Ability to work accurately under pressure. Must be guest service driven. Ability to work shifts. Excellent communication skills verbal, written and telephonic. Must be able to use initiative & work unsupervised.
