• A relevant teaching qualification (e.g., B.Ed, PGCE, or equivalent)
• Postgraduate qualification in Education Management, Leadership, or similar (advantageous)
• Registration with SACE (South African Council for Educators)
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in school leadership position
• Proven track record of academic success and curriculum development

Skills and Experience Required:

• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff and students
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, parents, and the wider school community
• Sound knowledge of educational policies and regulations in South Africa
• Experience in budgeting, resource management, and strategic planning
• Ability to implement and drive a forward-thinking, innovative educational vision
• A passion for holistic education and nurturing students’ social, emotional, and academic growth
• Excellent conflict resolution, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with modern educational technologies and digital learning platforms
