About the Role
The Interior Decorator will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and implementing interior décor solutions that enhance the guest experience and reflect the brand identity of the hospitality establishment. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and spatial planning to create functional, aesthetic, and culturally appropriate designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design & Conceptualization: Develop creative interior design concepts that align with the hospitality brand and target clientele.
- Project Management: Oversee interior decoration projects from concept to completion.
- Material & Product Selection: Source and select appropriate furniture, fixtures, lighting, fabrics, and accessories.
- Implementation & Styling: Arrange and style furniture, artwork, and decorative elements to achieve desired aesthetics.
- Trend Awareness & Innovation: Stay updated on hospitality design trends and innovations.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with the management team to meet strategic goals.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Interior Decorating, or a related field.
- Minimum 35 years of experience in interior decoration, preferably within the hospitality sector.
- Strong knowledge of design principles, color theory, and spatial planning.
