About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Used Vehicle Sales Manager to join our well-established, large Multi Franchise Dealership in Polokwane. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, managing, and monitoring all used vehicle sales activities and processes to maximize new vehicle sales and profits.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage used vehicle sales activities and processes
- Monitor implementation of sales strategies and adjust as needed
- Plan and implement training programs for sales staff
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives
Requirements
- Automotive industry experience
- At least 3 years’ experience in Sales Manager role in an automotive environment
- Organization, financial, sales process, and management skills
- Deal closing skills and experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer literate
Qualifications
Matric (Grade 12)
Salary & Benefits
Salary: R 25,000 to R 35,000 basic plus 10% of PBT + comms on own sales. Benefits include pension, cellphone contract, company car, medical aid, and funeral benefits.
