Have strong communication/ people/management/analytical skills/financial acumen/ budget control discipline/proven leadership exp.in managing multiple production lines/teams. A technically competent individual with an understand of production machinery/performance metrics/process efficiency/and can drive continuous improvement across all production areas. Must have strong food/ produce production processing knowledge/proven technical knowledge of canning/bottling processes/ machinery/quality control/working knowledge of HACCP/FSSC 22000/ISO 9001/ISO 18000/related standards/advanced troubleshooting skills/determining causes of operating errors.
