About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant/Clerk to provide general administrative support to our Senior Account Administrators in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to Senior Account Administrators
  • Accurately process large volumes of paperwork, including electronic submissions
  • Maintain effective telephonic communication with clients and colleagues
  • Adapt to changes in daily routine on short notice

Requirements

  • One year experience working in Administration and/or Call Centre
  • Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification
  • Computer literate – basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Excellent telephonic communication skills
