About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant/Clerk to provide general administrative support to our Senior Account Administrators in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to Senior Account Administrators
- Accurately process large volumes of paperwork, including electronic submissions
- Maintain effective telephonic communication with clients and colleagues
- Adapt to changes in daily routine on short notice
Requirements
- One year experience working in Administration and/or Call Centre
- Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification
- Computer literate – basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
- Fluent in English
- Ability to work in a team
- Excellent telephonic communication skills
