About the role
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Retail Branch Manager to support the Retail Branch Manager in overseeing store operations, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in driving sales, implementing strategies to meet sales targets, and maintaining a high standard of store presentation. If you have a strong background in retail operations and management, we would like to hear from you.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist the Retail Branch Manager in day-to-day operations
- Supervise store floor activities and staff
- Ensure exceptional customer service at all times
- Implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Monitor inventory management and control
- Contribute to staff training and development
