We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Port Elizabeth branch, bringing a strong background in transport operations, logistics, and management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing teams, handling claims, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring seamless delivery of services to customers.
• Analyze financial statements and budgeting to optimize branch performance and drive revenue growth.
• Handle claims and disputes in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement effective industrial relations strategies to maintain a positive team dynamic.
• Streamline processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Matric A or equivalent qualification
• National Transport Diploma or Degree in Commerce (prerequisite)
• Minimum 10 years of experience in transport furniture removal or logistics operations
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience
• Previous international shipping experience
• Computer literacy on Google web-based applications, Excel, and Word
• Extensive industrial relations experience
