Job Summary

Requirements:

Matric (an applicable diploma or certificate will be advantageous). At least three years of payroll experience, with reputable References. Ability to administer a Time and Attendance system (Jarrison experience advantageous). Ability to administer a payroll system (e.g. Pastel Payroll, VIP, etc.). Strong computer proficiency, with at least intermediate Excel Skills. The ability to work towards deadlines. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure. Excellent planning and organising skills. Responsibilities and expectations but not limited to: Ensure that clock system accurately represents the me and attendance of the employees. Provide management with daily attendance reports. Accurate payment of fortnightly wages. Comply with statutory requirements, including UIF and PAYE submissions. Accurate consolidation of payroll input for monthly salary payroll. Effective HR and payroll administration. Provide support with HR function. If you do not hear from us within two weeks of applying, you may assume that your application was unsuccessful.
