In this role, youll apply your analytical expertise and engineering mindset to design, implement, and improve logistics processes across regional operations. Youll lead efficiency projects, support new client implementations, and play a key role in enhancing productivity, quality, and cost performance across the supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve operational logistics processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Design and implement facility layouts, workflows, and process improvements that boost productivity and quality.
• Support new client onboarding and implementations within the logistics network.
• Evaluate and optimize warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP, and related logistics software.
• Develop and track logistics metrics, KPIs, and analysis tools to measure performance.
• Conduct logistics studies, time and rate analyses, and process flow assessments.
• Provide engineering insights to support warehouse automation, robotics, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Prepare documentation and reports related to logistics data, performance, and process evaluations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver continuous improvement initiatives and drive Lean practices.

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in warehouse operations/Logistics engineering/Supply Chain Optimization.
• Bachelors or Masters in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations or related.
• Lean Six Sigma certifications will receive preference.
• Experience with Warehouse Process Optimization.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience SQL, Python pr Power BI.
• Hands on exposure to simulation, modeling and layout tools (AnyLogic, AutoMod or AutoCad).
• Familiarity with WMS, TMS and ERP platforms is advantageous.
• Experience with Automation and Robotics Integration.
• Knowledge of Lean and Continuous improvement processes.
