Nursing Qualification : Degree or Diploma in Nursing, with at least 5 years of post-basic experience Theatre Specialisation : Diploma in Operating Theatre Nursing Science is essential Postgraduate Education : A postgraduate qualification in Management or Nursing Education will be advantageous Registration : Current registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) Leadership Experience : Minimum 5 years experience as a qualified theatre registered nurse, with proven leadership and people management experience in a healthcare setting Knowledge : Basic understanding of labour legislation, financial management, and change management principles Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant computer applications Other : Valid drivers license and own transport
