About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Commercial Parts Sales Representative to support parts sales operations and maintain strong client relationships within the commercial vehicle industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell commercial vehicle parts to new and existing customers
- Provide professional assistance and product advice to clients
- Maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and service
- Process quotations, orders, and invoices accurately
- Liaise with customers regarding stock availability, pricing, and delivery timelines
- Ensure excellent after-sales support and resolve customer queries efficiently
- Maintain accurate records on internal systems
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth sales operations
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in commercial parts sales or a similar role
- Strong computer literacy (experience with Pinnacle will be advantageous)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer liaison and relationship-building ability
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
