Responsibilities:

? Skills Development Strategy â?? Conduct skills gap analyses and develop training strategies aligned with business priorities. ? Program Design & Implementation â?? Create and roll out tailored training programs in collaboration with subject matter experts. ? Stakeholder Engagement â?? Partner with leadership and HR to integrate training into broader talent management initiatives. ? Leadership & Mentorship â?? Lead a team of training professionals, ensuring measurable impact. ? Performance & Outcomes â?? Track and report on training effectiveness, driving continuous improvement. Qualifications & Experience: â?? Education â?? Bachelorâ??s degree in HR, Organisational Development, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Advanced certifications in Leadership Development, Learning Design, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma are a plus. â?? Experience â?? 8 years in strategic training management within manufacturing/industrial sectors (MERSETA knowledge preferred). â?? Technical Expertise â?? Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, regulatory compliance, LMS, and performance tracking tools. Key Competencies: â? Visionary thinking with the ability to turn strategy into action. â? Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership skills. â? Data-driven decision-making with a focus on measurable impact. â? Agile and resilient in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications: Bachelor`s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Certifications in Training & Development, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma are a plus. Certified SDF Experience and Skills: Experience: Minimum of 5 years in manufacturing, including 3 years in a training or managerial role. Technical Knowledge: Understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and regulatory standards. Skills: Excellent communication, facilitation, and analytical skills.
