Job Summary
- Provide direct client service, including assisting walk-in clients.
- Manage reception and handle telephone duties.
- Maintain intensive sample control to ensure accuracy and traceability.
- Coordinate logistics related to laboratory operations.
- Perform general laboratory administration tasks.
- Handle debtor and creditor administration.
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric) is essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programmes; MS Dynamics experience will be advantageous.
- Previous laboratory experience will be beneficial.
- Valid Code 8 driver’s licence is required.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
- Strong punctuality and helpfulness.
- Excellent telephone etiquette.
- High attention to detail.
