Job Description
About the Role
We are seeking a Junior Behaviour Engineer to join our team in Potchefstroom, South Africa. As a junior engineer, you will be working on-site during the week and may have opportunities for international assignments. You will be required to travel within 200km of Potchefstroom and work collaboratively with colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions
- Assist in the development and implementation of behaviour management systems
- Conduct site visits and data collection
- Analyse data and provide insights on behaviour trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification demonstrating discipline and learning ability
- Some facilitation experience (not lecturing)
- Meaningful work experience beyond academic study
- Willingness to travel and work on-site during the week
- Valid passport for possible international assignments
- Strong written and spoken English (isiZulu or isiXhosa advantageous)
