About the Role

The Junior Behaviour Engineer role is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in Potchefstroom. We are seeking someone with a strong academic background, facilitation experience, and meaningful work experience beyond their studies. The ideal candidate will be willing to travel and work on-site during the week and have a valid passport for possible international assignments.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate workshops and training sessions
Assist in data collection and analysis
Develop and implement behaviour change strategies
Conduct site visits and monitoring

Requirements

Tertiary qualification demonstrating discipline and learning ability
Some facilitation experience (not lecturing)
Meaningful work experience beyond academic study
Willingness to travel and work on-site during the week
Valid passport for possible international assignments
Strong written and spoken English (isiZulu or isiXhosa advantageous)
