Job Summary
Our client, a well-established accounting firm, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join their team. The successful candidate will be based at one of their clients premises in Wonderboom and must be willing to travel to Midrand once a week. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is confident in handling various accounting functions.
Key Responsibilities:

Process and reconcile supplier and customer accounts
-
Perform bank reconciliations and maintain financial records
-
Assist with monthly financial reporting and related tasks
-
Liaise with internal teams and external clients
-
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company procedures
Requirements:
-
Completed Grade 12
-
Relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
-
Minimum 23 years of experience in a similar accounting role
-
Proficient in supplier/customer account handling and bank reconciliations
-
Fluent in Afrikaans (both spoken and written)
-
Must have own reliable transport
-
Must have Wi-Fi at home for remote work when necessary
-
Syspro experience is beneficial (training can be provided)
-
Sage experience will be an advantage
