About the Role
Dymaxa Recruitment is seeking an experienced Sales Team Leader to join our client’s Pretoria office. As Advisor Sales Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in managing broker training, support, and relationship building to position the company as the Scheme of choice for intermediaries and their clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsibility and accountability for managing and reporting broker training, support and relationship building
- Implement effective strategies to position Company Advisor Sales Channel as the delivery structure of company activities with emphasis on growing membership
- Identify gaps and opportunities within the market
- Conduct market analysis
- Manage people
- Write reports
Requirements
- Grade 12 with Mathematics or Maths Literacy
- Diploma/Degree – Marketing, Communications and/or Sales
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Financial Services industry in a Sales, Distribution, Business Development, Relationship Management and/or Marketing role
- A minimum of 3 years Broker Consultant/Sales experience
- Valid Drivers Licence and own reliable vehicle
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional writing skills
- Project management, Time Management and Problem-Solving skills
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and Word
