About the Role
Dymaxa Recruitment is seeking an experienced Advisor Sales Team Leader to join our client’s team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with brokers and their clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsibility and accountability for managing and reporting broker training, support and relationship building
- Implementing effective strategies to position the Company Advisor Sales Channel as the delivery structure of company activities
- Identifying gaps and opportunities within the market
- Conducting market analysis
- People management
- Report writing
Requirements
- Grade 12 with Mathematics or Maths Literacy
- Diploma/Degree – Marketing, Communications and/or Sales
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Financial Services industry in a Sales, Distribution, Business Development, Relationship Management and/or Marketing role
- A minimum of 3 years Broker Consultant/Sales experience
- Valid Drivers Licence and own reliable vehicle
