Job Description

The Biscuit Maker is responsible for creating a variety of delicious biscuits by mixing, rolling, cutting, baking, and decorating them. They must be able to follow recipes and instructions accurately to ensure the consistency of the product. The Biscuit Maker must also take care to ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed in the workplace. Biscuit Maker Duties Prepare ingredients and mix dough for biscuits Roll and cut dough into desired shapes Bake biscuits in oven and adjust temperature according to recipe instructions Monitor and adjust baking time to achieve desired results Decorate and package biscuits for sale Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment Personal Traits Creativity Attention to detail Organizational Skills Ability to work under pressure
