Key Requirements Matric Certificate (Maths Literacy minimum) 810 years management experience within the automotive / motor parts industry Proven experience in automotive parts sales and branch operations Strong understanding of Profit & Loss, budgets, and financial controls Solid experience in stock management, procurement, and inventory control Working knowledge of ISO 9001 / ISO 45001 or similar quality management systems Strong leadership and people management skills across multi-functional teams Excellent customer service and stakeholder management ability High level of computer literacy (Microsoft Office and operational systems) Ability to implement policies, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives Strong problem-solving, planning, and decision-making capability
