Job Summary

Duties and

Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying and targeting potential clients
• Follow up on leads and facilitate initial client meetings
• Assist in the preparation, processing, and administration of new policy applications
• Maintain up-to-date records of client policies and ensure all documentation is accurate
• Monitor policy renewals, updates, and cancellations
• Provide ongoing support to existing clients, addressing queries, and resolving issues
• Assist with policy amendments, claims processes, and any other client service needs
• Manage and organize client files, records, and correspondence
• Prepare reports and documentation for internal use and client presentations
• Work closely with brokers, sales teams, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
• Support the development and implementation of strategies to enhance client acquisition and retention
• Ensure adherence to industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards
• Stay updated with changes in industry regulations and market trends

Qualifications and Skills:
• Matric
• 2 or more years` experience in life insurance industry
• Computer literate
• RE5 will be an advantage
• astute & atWORK will be an advantage
• Afrikaans & English fluent speaking/reading/writing
• Valid driver`s license & own transport
